The client is given space to create a free account. The client is welcomed to create a username and password, which will not be accessible by the teacher. This account allows the client to:
Update their personal information.
Upload a profile picture.
Easily view their upcoming classes and class history.
Easily book, reschedule and cancel their classes.
This account can remain inactive for one year before it will be closed due to inactivity.
The client is able to receive a refund for their class or package if:
the client cancels their booked class 24 hours before the class is scheduled to start and requests a refund from the teacher.
the client has purchased a package and is still in the 21 days period after purchase.
the teacher failed to show up for class or experienced technical difficulties that interrupted the full class or session. In this case, the student can request a refund or a rescheduled class.
the teacher was forced to cancel the class due to difficulties on the teachers end. The client will be asked if they would prefer a rescheduled class or a refund.
The client will not receive a refund if:
they have failed to cancel their class within the 24 hour period. In the case of emergencies, the teacher will offer a rescheduled class at the teachers discretion.
the student has already successfully had the class paid for.
Please note: If the client has used any of their classes within a package, they will only be refunded for the classes for the unused classes.

It is the teacher's intention to create a safe and comfortable environment for her clients. It is crucial that respect of another student and their culture is maintained within the classroom. If the teacher feels that a student is being disrespectful to another, towards another culture or towards the teacher, then the student will not be contacted by the teacher. If the behavior persists, then the student will no longer be able to book with English with Cheryl. 'Disrespectful behavior' includes making sexual advances towards another student or the teacher, practicing hateful speech towards another student's or the teacher's country or culture or exhibiting aggressive speech and behavior towards another student or the teacher.
